Why Should I Retain Counsel?

Navigating the legal system does not have to be intimidating. Our goal will be for you to feel supported and informed at every step in the process.

Workers' Compensation

After handling over 1000 workers' compensation claims to resolution, I have the experience needed to advise you about your rights and options after you suffer an injury on the job. Over the last 17 years, I have learned that no two claims are alike. There are multiple variables in each situation including the severity of the injury, the insurance carrier involved and your relationship with the employer. For those reasons, it is important to have an attorney who will take the time to listen to your concerns and then offer advice. We offer a personal approach to your case because we understand the impact injuries can have on all aspects of your life.

Estate Planning

Our approach to estate planning is the same in the sense we listen to our clients first and then provide thoughtful counsel. In our initial consult, we will discuss your vision for your family's future. We will carefully consider who you should choose as your personal representative and as the guardian for your children. We will also decide who could best serve as your power of attorney in the event you are ever incapacitated. These documents will ultimately provide your family with the invaluable peace of mind in knowing they are executing your wishes, in the event you are unable. After your will and power of attorney documents are complete, you can rest assured your family's best interests and your final wishes will be satisfied at the time of your death.
